"I tried using the site the other day..."
I tried using the site the other day while I was just trying to get a few things done before lunch, and it felt kind of confusing. Pages seemed to take longer than I expected to load, and I found myself clicking around more than I wanted to. Maybe I was just not in the most patient mood, but it wasn’t the easiest experience for me.

"Wrong size, missing item, and way too many canned apologies"
My order showed up with the wrong size, and one of the items was missing completely. I reached out to support, and they did eventually fix part of the issue, but it took way longer than it should have. What made it more annoying was getting those generic canned apologies over and over instead of someone just clearly telling me what was actually being done. Frustrating experience overall.

"Still Not Sure It Did Anything"
I tried it twice hoping it would help with my back pain, but my back still hurt afterward. I kind of felt left in the dark about whether I was using it right or how long it was supposed to take to feel relief. Just didn’t do much for me...

"So... i just don’t think this..."
So... i just don’t think this was worth the money. It felt overpriced for what it is, and I didn’t notice enough of a difference to feel like the cost made sense. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it ended up feeling like a waste, and I kind of regret buying it.

I ordered from ashleyblackguru.com because I was hoping it might actually help with skin firmness, but I’m gonna be real, I didn’t notice much of anything. I used it regularly, gave it time, took the whole “trust the process” thing seriously, and my skin still looked basically the same.
For the price, I expected at least a tiny change, so it was disappointing. Maybe it works for some people, but part of me wonders if there’s a little too much hype floating around for a reason, because my experience definitely didn’t match what I thought I was buying into.

"Good, just maybe don’t overdo it"
I do like this overall, but yeah... I probably went a little too hard the first week. Ended up with some bruising and soreness, which wasn’t great. I took a step back and used it less, and after that it was fine. I’m still using it now, just not every single day.

This feels like a solid, well-made product. It worked fine for me, though it did take a little time to get used to. I’m happy with it overall, but I wouldn’t say I’m totally blown away or anything. Good quality for sure, just not PERFECT.

"Helped a little, but I’m not sure it’s a game changer"
I tried the Ashley Black stuff mainly for cellulite on my thighs, and I will say my skin does feel a bit smoother after using it for a few weeks. But the dimples are definitely still there, so I’m kind of wondering if other people are seeing bigger results than I did? You really have to stay consistent with it, and it takes some time, which is fine, but I guess I expected a little more. It’s not bad at all, just not a huge difference for me.

I really expected this to last longer, but it broke after barely any use. it’s frustrating because I thought I could trust the quality, and now I don’t feel confident buying it again.

"Customer service didn’t really help??"
I reached out hoping they’d sort out my issue, but it took forever to get a reply, and in the end nothing was actually fixed?? It was just frustrating and felt like a waste of time.

"Returning my order was such a hassle"
The whole return and refund process was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The instructions weren’t clear, the refund took forever, and support was slow to get back to me. Whoever runs this really needs to make the policy easier to understand. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they fix that...

"Shipping took a bit longer than I hoped"
I was kind of in a rush to get this, so the shipping felt a little slow and took longer than I expected. It did finally show up in good condition though, so everything was fine in the end
